To accomplish this, they turned to us for guidance and support in sourcing relevant, high quality prospect data to utilise in a series of impactful email campaigns. Once the designs are ready, Leisure Lists takes responsibility for distributing the emails on their behalf through our dedicated email marketing platform.


To safeguard Gaffey's main website domain and business email reputation, we established a dedicated secondary domain for sending campaigns. This reduces the risk of the primary domain being affected by high bounce rates or spam flags. Ultimately, this strategy has helped strengthen Gaffey’s email sender reputation.

The Results

Since the first campaign in February 2023 through to the most recent in December 2024, there has been a notable improvement in key email marketing metrics. Open rates have risen by 7.8%, while the click-to-open rate has seen a significant increase of 17.4% across the email campaigns.


An impressive email delivery rate reflects the overall health of the contact database alongside the creation of inbox-friendly content. Additionally, a low unsubscribe rate of just 0.6% highlights the quality and relevance of the data provided, ensuring that campaigns are targeted to an engaged audience.


Through this targeted marketing initiative, Gaffey now generates up to 15 engagements or warm leads per month, driving potential customers to their website and increasing opportunities for conversion.
